- National Cleanroom Construction will: Manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects Lead subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations Coordinate closely with project management and client stakeholders Drive project execution from groundbreaking through completion Support projects throughout the United States with full travel accommodations provided MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
- National Cleanroom Construction should have: 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent (excluding Assistant Superintendent experience) General Contractor background preferred Experience with ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+ Experience in life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, MEP, or related sectors Cleanroom construction experience is a plus Procore experience preferred OSHA 30 certification required Builder's license and/or trade license preferred Bachelor's degree preferred What's on Offer Upon offer, the Traveling Superintendent•National Cleanroom Construction will receive: Competitive base salary of $120K•140K+ with flexibility for top talent Annual bonus and overtime paid at time-and-a-half Paid housing, travel expenses, per diem, and vehicle allowance Day-one Blue Cross PPO medical benefits Strong career growth with a fast-scaling construction organization
