• Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for: In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston) Partnering with the Lead Superintendent & reporting to the Project Executive Project Buyout, Document Control, Procurement Management, Communication, Cost Management, Subcontractor Coordination & Project Reporting Managing the Assistant Project Manager on task completion Participating in safety planning for the project Understand the plans, specifications & contracts of the project Tracking and managing all critical material deliveries throughout the project duration Managing risk prevention on site Producing consistent high-quality documentation/visuals Coordinating and leading weekly owner / architect / contractor meetings & quarterly cost meetings Effective communication with subcontractor PM and Foremen to establish good working relationship Taking an active part in monthly schedule updates Assisting with the development of break out schedules for critical or complex areas Creatint and updatint the monthly cost report, including accurate forecasting Overseeing the monthly Owner & Subcontractor Requisition processes Leading and executing the change management process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
