Full-time on site We are working with one of the top General Contractors in Boston to expand their Life Science division. They are looking to hire a Superintendent who can oversee field operations on complex lab, pharmaceutical, and biotech projects. What you'll do: Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations on Life Science projects Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards Lead jobsite safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and foster a strong safety culture Develop and maintain detailed logistics plans, phasing, and site utilization strategies Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets, schedules, and client expectations Manage inspections, quality control, and turnover processes to ensure successful project closeout Act as the face of the project in the field, building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners What you bring: 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor Proven background on Life Science, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or other technically complex projects Ability to manage large-scale ground-up and/or renovation projects $20M+ Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and the ability to maintain a positive, collaborative jobsite environment What's in it for you: Competitive base salary ($140,000•$180,000+ DOE) Excellent benefits package Annual bonus Opportunity to lead high-profile Life Science projects Strong growth potential within a rapidly expanding Life Science division A collaborative, team-driven culture that values safety, quality, and innovation Please apply directly or reach out to a.stultsexecusource to learn more! #LI-AF1 #MISC123
