Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent ???? Cambridge, MA ???? 12-Month Contract-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex utility infrastructure projects in Cambridge, MA. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth with a reputable organization. If you have strong experience managing high-voltage transmission, substations, and field construction crews - and safety is your top priority - we want to connect with you. ???? Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily field construction activities for T&D projects Ensure safe, timely, and profitable project execution Supervise subcontractors and ensure contractual compliance Manage scheduling and coordinate T&D construction activities Oversee high voltage transmission lines, steel structures, drilled piers, duct banks, grounding systems, substations, and related infrastructure Monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and review PTAs & TSOs Track productivity, installed quantities, and project progress Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and maintenance Walk down systems prior to and during testing to ensure compliance Develop and manage punch lists Ensure use of current drawing revisions in the field Authorize field change requests and support construction documentation Maintain strong communication with clients, A/E representatives, and subcontractors Complete daily field reports and construction documentation ???? Qualifications Bachelor's Degree + 7 years of construction management or craft supervision experience on T&D projects OR Associate Degree + 9 years relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 11 years relevant experience
