Alpha Construction is hiring an experienced Insulation Crew Leader to take full ownership of job execution in the field. This role requires someone who can lead crews, maintain production standards, and deliver consistent, high-quality work across residential and commercial projects . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident in the field and not intimidated by larger or more complex jobs . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage insulation crews on residential and commercial projects Perform and oversee installation of cellulose, fiberglass, air sealing, and basic spray foam Read and execute scopes of work accurately Keep projects on schedule and crews performing at a high level Enforce job site safety and proper installation practices Maintain quality control from start to finish Track materials, labor, and daily production Communicate clearly with management on job progress and issues Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on insulation or weatherization experience (required) Proven ability to lead a crew and run jobs independently Comfortable working on commercial and multi-family projects Strong knowledge of insulation methods and materials Experience with Mass Save or similar energy efficiency programs preferred Reliable, organized, and accountable for results Valid driver's license What We Offer Steady, year-round work Competitive pay based on experience and performance Growth opportunities into higher leadership roles A company that values production, quality, and accountability Who This Role Is For Someone who knows the work, leads from the front, and can step onto any job, residential or commercial, and handle it without hesitation ..
