We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager with some construction experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility and grow with our company.
Responsibilities :
Read and understand construction plans and specifications Assist with project planning, scheduling and day-to-day job oversight Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects and clients Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation Track change orders and change management Assist with job costing, budgets and cost control Monitor project schedules, quality and overall progress Work closely with our Sr. Project Manager, Superintendents, and company principals from project start through closeout
Ideal Candidate :
1-3+ years of construction experience preferred Strong understanding of construction plans and the building process Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working both in the office and on active job sites Motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow into managing projects independently Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) This is a full-time, Boston-area position with significant opportunity for growth within a hands-on, established general contracting company, full benefit package with healthcare and flex time
