Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential renovations, additions, and new builds. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules Manage job tracking Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows and resolve issues promptly. Utilize construction management software Houzz Pro for document control, project tracking, and communication. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and that work progresses according to plan. Monitor construction site conditions regularly to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and project documentation for stakeholders' review. Implement construction schedule coordination strategies to optimize workflow efficiency across multiple phases of infrastructure projects. Experience Proven experience managing residential construction projects Strong background in construction scheduling, cost management, and project coordination. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Proficiency in construction site experience with hands-on understanding of daily operations Familiarity with project management software Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. $80,000.00 per year
