$108,000 - $135,000+ (Including Truck, Healthcare & Retirement Match) We are a small, tight-knit landscape construction company looking for an experienced production minded Landscape Construction Operations Manager / Foreman to help lead our crews and keep projects running efficiently day to day. We need someone with real field experience who can take ownership of the job site, keep crews organized and productive, and help create the structure and leadership our field operations need. This is more than just a foreman position. We are looking for someone who can be the steady presence on-site — someone who keeps jobs moving, catches mistakes before they become problems, motivates the crew, and helps develop less experienced workers along the way. Lead and oversee landscape construction crews on active job sites Coordinate daily workflow and keep projects on schedule Manage multiple jobs at once when needed Ensure crews have the correct tools, equipment, and materials Perform and oversee: Hardscape installation Landscape installation Site furnishings Layout and measurements Shooting and setting grades Drainage and site prep Maintain quality control and attention to detail throughout each project Identify and correct mistakes in the field Teach and mentor crew members while holding them accountable Keep crews motivated, focused, and productive throughout the day Communicate clearly with management regarding job progress, issues, and scheduling Help create a smoother, more organized work environment for both the crew and the companyQualifications:
Minimum 5 years of foreman experience in landscape construction Strong experience in: Hardscape installation Landscape installation Site furnishingsExperience:
Retaining walls Natural stone Concrete work Planting and landscape installation Grading and drainage Ability to read plans and layouts Shooting grades and understanding elevations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently and maintain a strong pace Valid driver's license required Equipment operation experience preferred CDL and bilingual (English/Spanish) are a plus We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Leads by example Shows up prepared and ready to work Has a strong sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Pays attention to detail Can keep crews accountable without constant supervision Understands how important organization and preparation are in the field Wants to help build a stronger team and better operation The right person will help make the day run smoother for everyone — from the field crew to management.Compensation & Benefits:
