Our client, an established and highly respected contractor in the geotechnical and geostructural construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and support projects throughout New England. You'll anticipate what is needed next, communicate with the client and project team, identify potential obstacles, and help solve problems before they impact the job. The right Superintendent knows when to lead, when to listen, and when to get something out of the crew's way so they can get the job done. Schedule & Travel This is a field-based, in-person position supporting projects throughout New England, with a concentration of work in Southern New England. A typical construction day may run approximately 7:00 AM-3:30 PM , with additional hours depending on project requirements. A typical workweek is approximately 45-50 hours .
