We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for our Community Based Day Services (CBDS) Program in Sandwich, MA Job description This is a Full-Time position M-F 8am-4pm;

This position is based out of the Rte. 6A Sandwich CBDS location & the surrounding community. Must live on Cape Cod or the surrounding area as this is an in-person position. Join us while we are offering a \$1000 Sign On Bonus

This role is to support the Assistant Director with the oversight of the operations of the CBDS program, & to work with the team to support our wonderful LIFE individuals to help them learn skills to eventually reach the potential to be employed in the workplace.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of CBDS including supervising staff & individuals. Serve as the first-line option to cover groups for staff absences. Work with the team to provide training & individual instruction to our wonderful LIFE individuals to help them learn workplace skills Act as the first contact for Career Coaches if they need support. Assist with the implementation of protocols & ensure staff are trained on protocols, unique needs, & ISP goals. Serve as the CBDS Human Rights Officer. Maintain a portion of the CBDS case load by updating HCSIS, i-Centrix, physical binders. Attend ISP Meetings as assigned Assist in developing Career Coach professional development opportunities Maintain attendance Role model professionalism Develop & maintain positive relationships with LIFE residents, families & staff Maintain daily documentation of activities & goals performed
