Site Supervisor- Special Event

Now hiring an Unarmed Site Supervisor for an exciting, high-energy special event taking place for 11 days from mid-June through early July. Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for 10-12 hour shifts across multiple outdoor parking lots and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include serving as a client liaison, coordinating staffing adjustments, managing post assignments, providing excellent customer service, and verbally de-escalating stressful situations. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain security and safety of designated work area Patrol facility to ensure safety and security Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills Ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent At least three years of related supervisory experience
