A Day in theLife:
Manage aviation construction projects from preconstruction through completion; including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings Manage complex aviation construction work including hangars, MRO facilities, FBO's, cargo facilities, aircraft support buildings, aviation manufacturing facilities, and other airport-related infrastructure Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas Support aviation pursuits by helping with site reviews, constructibility input, schedules, budgets, scope reviews, and client meetings Lead subcontractor buyout and ensure scopes are complete, coordinated, and aligned with the project schedule and budget Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule Travel 25% nationallyNecessary Qualifications:
5+ years of construction project management experience Experience with aviation, hangars, MRO, airport facilities, industrial, manufacturing, federal, defense, logistics, or technically complex projects preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required Based in Boston, MA, St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocateWhat We Can Offer You:
