full-time Your Role As a Superintendent at WES Construction, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites. You will serve as a dynamic leader keeping projects on track and teams motivated.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and address any issues promptly Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA regulations Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Providing clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders We are seeking a candidate with Extensive experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of successful project completions Comprehensive background in self-perform site work and underground utility work Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus
