Massachusetts Broken Stone Company is hiring a Scale House Manager for our Holden Trap Rock quarry in Jefferson (Holden). This is a year-round, full-time job, not seasonal.

Required:

experience managing a quarry scale house and/or a construction company office. We won't consider applications without this experience. What you'll do Weigh trucks and issue accurate weigh tickets Process customer transactions Answer phones and help contractors, truckers and other customers Handle email, faxing, scanning and filing Send bills and paperwork to our main office in Berlin, where billing is processed Run the Holden office day to day, working independently with support from Berlin Dispatch experience pays more This job can also include truck dispatching for our paving and construction work. If you've dispatched trucks for a paving or construction company, you can take that on too, additional compensation will be applied. Dispatching can mean occasional early-morning or evening calls during paving season. Not a dispatcher? That's fine. It isn't required.
