Become a full-time Heavy Civil/Bridge Superintendent with S&R Corporation to lead impactful projects in Lowell, MA!! What do we offer our Heavy Civil/Bridge Superintendent? We're glad you asked! Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility as project needs dictate.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You take ownership of every project site, ensuring safety and efficiency while keeping operations running smoothly. You coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and maintain accurate logs and reports. Overseeing scheduling, tracking quantities, and collaborating with project managers and resident engineers, you keep timelines on track. Every day, you lead with precision and problem-solving, ensuring that each detail contributes to successful project completion. Here's what we need from you: OSHA 30 certified Ability to work onsite 5+ years of construction superintendent experience Must live within 1 hour of the job location
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction site management and safety skills Organization skills Budgeting abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and solve problems Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field 10+ years of heavy civil construction project superintendent experience Project management experience Estimating experience Survey experience Ability to read plans and perform quantity take-offs Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam
