Position Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Site Lead to provide technical and operational leadership for their site in Lowell, Massachusetts. The Site Lead will oversee daily activities, coordinate work across teams, manage build operations, support escalations, and ensure successful project execution while serving as the primary point of contact for onsite activities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage onsite technical resources and daily operations. Prioritize and manage workload distribution across the team. Direct and oversee build activities to ensure quality and timely execution. Review and maintain build documentation. Resolve technical and operational escalations. Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex issues. Ensure adherence to alignment standards and established processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for site activities and communications. Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as both a technical leader and people leader. Demonstrated experience managing team workloads and priorities. Experience leading hardware, infrastructure, or technical build activities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience reviewing and creating technical documentation. Proven ability to manage escalations and drive resolution. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Pay:
