They are seeking to add a Superintendent to their team with their increased workload. Job Description Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met. Maintain safety standards and compliance on construction sites. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. Review and interpret project blueprints and specifications. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates. Supervise and direct site staff and laborers. Ensure quality control and adherence to project budgets. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
