Job Overview This Site Manager position includes the following duties/responsibilities: Full-time salaried position with mostly day shift hours Monday through Friday. Exceptions may arise depending on the plant's needs. Work within a warehouse setting on a customer-owned manufacturing facility. Overseeing the warehousing operation from receiving inbounds, inventory control, plant replenishment, and outbound shipments. Directing a team of 10 warehouse employees to meet the needs of the customer and the plant. Constant and daily communication with plant associates and supply chain personnel. Ongoingly working with members of Sardo & Sons from other sites, including the corporate team. Eventually after settled in, begin to find ways to improve the operation with respect to SOPs, cost, continuous improvements, etc. The warehouse activities, SOPs, and personnel are already in place. This role is already established, and the purpose is to fill the void while eventually looking for improvements/enhancements. Candidates with a strong background in supply chain and logistics are encouraged to apply. This is a senior leadership position that requires experience in logistics, warehousing, plant operations, and personnel management. Compensation Starting pay is based on the experience level of the candidate being hired, with a range of $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year. In addition to take-home pay, the employee will be offered a full medical, dental, and vision benefit package with their family covered, entirely at no cost to the employee. Retirement plan 401k with company match up to 4% is offered to qualified employees. PTO and vacation awarded per company policy, which would be reviewed during interviews. While the position mirrors the plant schedule, it is expected to have 10 paid holidays per year.
