Large Scale, Luxury Multifamily projects $100M+ "Small Shop" with the resources of a large GC due to their national presence Job Description Manage daily on-site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain smooth operations. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with plans and specifications. Assist in resolving any on-site construction issues promptly and effectively. Communicate progress updates and challenges to the Project Manager and stakeholders. Support the implementation of project schedules and timelines. Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities and progress. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices. Strong organizational and communication skills for effective coordination with teams. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
