About the job:
The superintendent is a critical, client-facing role leading our Client's construction activities onsite. The superintendent will start their tenure at our Client's firm by managing a new construction project on Nantucket Island, MA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Primary onsite interface with the Owner Oversight of all field operations from mobilization to punch list, including scheduling, safety, quality management, subcontractor and site management, attending all meetings, project close-out Direction, supervision, and documentation of all subcontractor activities Compliance with project requirements across coordination, quality, schedule, safety Interfacing with our architects, engineers, and their consultants and subcontractors Interfacing with our client and their consultants and subcontractors Understanding and compliance with the building code - interfacing with inspectors What we look for in a
