Full-Time About McNeil Development McNeil Development is a growing real estate development company specializing in ground-up construction, major renovations, and residential and multifamily development. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects on Nantucket from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, procurement, and day-to-day construction operations. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Manage budgets, bids, contracts, change orders, and invoices Coordinate material procurement and deliveries Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress and quality Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Coordinate permitting, inspections, and project closeout Identify and resolve issues impacting schedule or budget Provide regular project updates to company ownership Manage punch lists and final turnover Qualifications 3+ years of construction management or related experience preferred Residential, multifamily, or high-end construction experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently manage multiple projects and subcontractors Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company-provided housing on Nantucket Food stipend Health insurance 401(k) benefits Paid time off Opportunity for advancement as McNeil Development continues to grow We are looking for someone who takes ownership, holds subcontractors accountable, and can independently drive projects forward while maintaining high standards for quality, schedule, and cost.
