Our client is a fully integrated design-build construction management firm that focuses on providing technical and professional services to program, plan, and build the business infrastructure necessary for the growth and success of their clients. Their employees excel at working with corporate clients and developers, understanding their businesses, and creating facilities that make their businesses better. Since 1985, they have provided exceptional design, engineering, and construction services for hundreds of clients - building success one project at a time. They are searching for a Construction Operations Coordinator to support the Planning, Marketing and Human Resources departments. This role plays a key part in improving organization, communication, coordination, and process consistency throughout the company. This position requires a highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, professional individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This individual will support internal teams through administrative coordination, project support, documentation management, communication follow-up, and operational process assistance.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide administrative support across departments Assist with proposals, letters, presentations, and documentation Coordinate vendor and project-related administrative tracking Help maintain organized records and internal documentation Support communication and follow-up between departments Assist with compliance and documentation tracking Help standardize administrative processes and procedures Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and organization Assist leadership and teams with operational support as neededWHAT YOU NEED
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally with different personalities and departments in a fast paced Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or construction-related support roles preferred Ability to work onsite, Monday - FridayADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
