Part-Time or Full-Time Location:

Newton/Needham, MA (On-site job sites) The Absolute is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Lead to own daily field execution, quality, pace, coordination, and jobsite problem-solving. This is a flexible hourly independent contractor opportunity that may be structured as either part-time or full-time based on availability and project needs. Multifamily residential experience is ideal, and commercial experience is a strong plus because those standards translate extremely well into residential construction. This role offers flexibility based on the candidate's availability and experience. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements : Full-time candidates will have the opportunity for consistent hours and ongoing project involvement. Part-time candidates with significant construction leadership experience may have the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate while providing focused site leadership and oversight. Key Responsibilities Run daily jobsite operations and keep work moving forward Coordinate trades, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Maintain quality standards, punch lists, and jobsite organization Identify issues early and communicate practical solutions quickly Help reduce the amount of daily owner supervision required Qualifications Hands-on site leadership experience as a superintendent, foreman, lead carpenter, site supervisor, or in a comparable role Strong communication skills and sound jobsite judgment Reliable transportation for local job sites, with most work concentrated around Newton English proficiency required for job-related communication Additional language skills, including Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian, are a plus Multifamily residential experience Meaningful commercial construction exposure, including familiarity with commercial systems and terminology Compensation & Opportunity Flexible part-time or full-time schedule Independent contractor position Full-time rate: approximately $35/hour, depending on experience Part-time rate: up to $50/hour for highly experienced candidates Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the team grows Direct access to leadership and meaningful project ownership Opportunity to help establish and improve site standards, processes, and procedures Why The Absolute You'll be part of a small team where good people earn trust quickly.
