Construction Manager Wellen Construction| Massachusetts Wellen Construction is continuing to grow specializing in high-end residential homes. We deliver highly coordinated, schedule-driven projects with a focus on quality, communication, and exceptional client experience. We are expanding our Maintenance & Small Projects Division and are looking for a Construction Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to lead projects efficiently from start to finish. Position Overview The Construction Supervisor oversees high end residential projects typically ranging from $25,000-$500,000. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction standards are consistently met. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
- Perform estimating and proposal preparation for smaller projects
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and field activities
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout each project
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout processes
- Conduct site visits, quality control reviews, and proactive problem-solving
- Assist with light hands-on work when necessary, including basic carpentry, framing, or painting
- Protect project profitability through strong planning and cost control
- Representing Wellen Construction professionally on every jobsite Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry and construction
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience managing projects independently
- Ability to manage multiple active projects without losing attention to detail
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and maintain schedules
- Strong field awareness and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$90,000 salary, based on experience
