Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work across multiple jobs. Coordinate inspections, materials, and labor. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Resolve project conflicts and make informed decisions under pressure. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and production. Approve invoices, track expenses, and maintain profitability targets. Train and support Lead Carpenters.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential construction project management. Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with project management software (JobTread or similar preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Experience with high-end residential remodeling. Budget tracking and job costing experience. Leadership and subcontractor management skills. About Company J.
