Now a large reputable GC They offer design-build, ground-up construction, and tenant improvement services for local companies. They have grown by 15% YOY and have an aggressive but sustainable growth plan for the next 5 years.
Projects:
Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, Office, Breweries/Restaurants, Healthcare, Education, athletic complexes and gyms. Typically renovation/interiors projects up to $10M. Starting to take on some larger ground up Projects and like candidates with G/U experience around the $25M mark Job Description Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of tasks. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates. The Successful Applicant Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proven ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
