full-time Superintendent | Luxury Residential Construction We're partnering with a custom home builder seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage high-end residential projects from sitework through punch list completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations and subcontractors Manage project schedules, quality, and jobsite safety Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners Lead projects from foundation through final turnover
Qualifications:
5+ years of Superintendent experience Proven experience building luxury custom homes Strong understanding of residential construction methods and trade coordination Ability to read plans, solve field issues, and maintain project schedules
