HOUSE MANAGER
Schedule includes 2 nd shift, Nights, & Weekends $26
  • $29 per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus + Overtime Available The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services & supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
We are now hiring a House Manager for our Methuen, Tewksbury, and Revere residential group homes! Hourly rate is $26-29 an hour. Schedule includes one weekend shift This is a Full-Time position and it is eligible for overtime . In this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include : Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice. Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Direct Care staff. Helping to oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program for adults with autism. Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. This position will include being on ratio 3-4 days per week and assisting with the hands-on direct care support of the adults in our care (maintaining the same expectations as our DSP staff, including assisting with daily living activities, e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Prepare and monitor reports, including data collection, clinical program books, medication logs, financial records (e.g., personal needs accounts, purchase orders, reimbursements), and team records.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required At least 2 years of experience working in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Supervisory or lead experience (can be in a different industry) Good communication (verbal and written) skills. Must have MAP Certification Must have a valid Mass or NH driver's license (or be able to get one in 60 days) and a good driving record.
