With a portfolio that includes schools, municipal buildings, and civic facilities, they are known for combining large-project expertise with a tight-knit, team-oriented culture. Despite their impressive growth and pipeline, they've maintained stability - never laying off staff due to lack of work, even during economic downturns. Job Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinating subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs. Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings. Updating the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and design teams. Attending owner meetings and help drive closeout efforts. The Successful Applicant The Superintendent should have: 4+ years of Superintendent experience - leading projects from start to completion Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $10M+ (any sector). MA CSL (REQUIRED) Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related field (preferred) Strong communication skills + time management What's on Offer The Superintendent will receive: Competitive base salary up to $175,000 (depending on previous experience) Comprehensive benefits package Monthly vehicle allowance or company truck 401K with match PTO, sick time & company paid holidays Any technology needed to fulfill role A stable work environment with no history of layoffs
