Job Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinating subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs. Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings. Updating the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and design teams. Attending owner meetings and help drive closeout efforts. The Successful Applicant The Superintendent should have: 4+ years of Superintendent experience - leading projects from start to completion Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $10M+ (any sector).
