General Construction Field PM's/Supers wanted (lab/healthcare/commercial)

Location:

Waltham Ma area

Position Overview:

The Project Managers and supers will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. Working closely with the project management team, the incumbents will contribute to the planning, coordination, and supervision of various construction activities onsite. Must have experience managing multiple projects at once over a million dollars preferably in lab/healthcare space. Key Responsibilities of construction project manager/super

Project Planning and Coordination:

Managing the trades/subcontractors Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participate in project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project budgets and financial performance. Track expenses, analyze variances, and make recommendations for cost control.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Prepare contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.

Document Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence. Preparation of progress reports and other project-related documentation.

Safety Compliance:

Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Qualifications of project manager/superintendent

Minimum Experience:

2 to 5 plus years as PM and/or Super Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. experience in the commercial /lab/healthcare construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
