This high-visibility opportunity offers direct leadership exposure and end-to-end ownership of projects from site due diligence and municipal approvals through opening and closeout. What You'll Be Doing Direct multiple concurrent ground-up and remodel projects, with accountability for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and closeout. Lead site due diligence, pre-construction planning, municipal permitting, inspections, approvals, and issue resolution across multiple jurisdictions. What We're Looking For 10+ years of commercial retail construction experience, including multi-site or multi-unit development programs. Experience delivering repeatable, freestanding retail or service locations such as automotive-service centers, convenience stores, car washes, quick-service restaurants, fuel stations, or comparable prototypes. Proven ownership of ground-up construction and remodel projects from pre-construction through operational turnover and closeout. Deep practical experience with permitting, inspections, and municipal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Strong command of concurrent project schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, change orders, contractors, and vendor performance. Working knowledge of civil and site development, utilities, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural coordination.
