Job Description Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Provide strategic oversight to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Mentor, coach, and develop project staff while fostering a collaborative culture. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and construction managers. Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project financials. Drive project planning, manpower forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and risk management. Support implementation of VDC, prefabrication, QA/QC, and process improvements. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and future business development. Collaborate with executive leadership on company initiatives and project strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, Piping and Plumbing). Strong leadership experience managing project teams. Experience with large commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects. Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills. Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
