Full Job Description Summary:

N of Boston area firm seeks a Multi-unit superintendent for their rapidly growing yet stable firm. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Important projects for our client, and we need someone who knows what they are doing - and who can help them execute! Ground up multi-unit Residential Responsibilities of Residential Multi-unit Superintendent Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications of Multi-Unit Construction Superintendent Previous experience in multi-unit construction Ma Csl Super license requires We need someone who is experienced 5-8 +years experience as superintendent College degree in construction or related preferred Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented up to 160k Why work for our client stable company, well run with growth potential, intimate rich culture. and much more #BOS123
