This role requires regular travel to project sites and active involvement in coordinating day-to-day project activities. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and the internal project management team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a field-based role that requires a strong understanding of construction and installation processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and helping drive projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Travel to project sites and provide on-site coordination and support throughout project execution. Coordinate daily project activities and serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, subcontractors, field crews, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, attend site meetings, provide status updates, and help resolve project issues, delays, and coordination conflicts. Source vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and rental services required for project execution. Request, review, and compare quotes; coordinate purchasing, rentals, deliveries, and logistics to ensure project needs are met. Track material lead times, verify deliveries, and resolve vendor-related issues including delays, shortages, damaged materials, and scheduling conflicts. Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, rental companies, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Coordinate site logistics, manpower, scheduling, and resource allocation to support field operations. Ensure field teams have the necessary materials, equipment, information, and support to complete their work safely and efficiently. Maintain project documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, reports, daily logs, and vendor communications. Assist with site inspections, punch lists, project closeout activities, and final documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and site-specific regulations. Support a variety of construction, mechanical, energy, infrastructure, and equipment installation projects. Perform other project coordination and field support duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in, energy, infrastructure. mechanical, construction, or a related field. Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and installation practices. Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. Comfortable traveling to project sites as required. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams. OSHA certification is a plus. Knowledge of project scheduling and construction management processes. Physical Requirements Ability to visit active construction sites regularly. Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs, and inspect project areas. Ability to lift and move project-related materials and equipment when necessary. Travel Requirements Frequent travel to project sites. Ability to work on-site for extended periods during active project phases Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role involves visiting clients.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
