This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives across multifamily properties, campground redevelopment, and commercial and residential work — including roofing, renovations, and ADA accessibility upgrades — coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities Manage project budgets through effective cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools Oversee procurement processes, including reviewing construction plans, specifications, and bid packages to select qualified subcontractors and suppliers Coordinate construction schedule activities with site teams, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project progression Monitor construction site operations for safety compliance and regulatory adherence; conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or Bluebeam for plan review and documentation Lead project teams by managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff; foster clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog for project documentation, tracking progress, change orders, and reporting Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards Manage project documentation including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, daily reports, and closeout documents with meticulous attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale civil or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance standards Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog or similar tools Strong expertise in construction estimating, cost management, scheduling coordination, and budget oversight Hands-on experience with construction plans development using Civil 3D or equivalent drafting tools Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on project goals Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with excellent time management skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately; experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil projects is highly desirable Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies Working knowledge of Massachusetts building codes and permitting processes Valid driver's license with a clean record (required for company vehicle eligibility)
