Job Overview At Consynigy we are a residential construction company that works in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. We work on 10-15 projects each quarter. We are a growing company that needs independent thinkers and people who are willing to learn. This role is for people who are willing to fill in on site duties, cleaning, communicating changes and assisting site managers with updating progress. Materials & Delivery Receive and stage deliveries (verify quantities, direct placement, move materials to work areas) Track material inventory on site (flag low stock or missing items to site manager) Move/organize materials as work progresses (keep work areas uncluttered) Prepare materials for trades Manage waste/scrap (break down boxes, organize dumpster, sweep up debris daily) Site Communication & Coordination Send daily site updates/photos to site manager (progress snapshots, flag issues) Help with punch lists (organize items flagged by site manager for follow-up) Site Prep & Documentation Take daily site photos for documentation Set up/tear down site (tarping materials, securing sites at day's end, weather prep) Mark layouts or prep areas as directed by site manager Keep site safe and organized (no tripping hazards, clear pathways) Safety & Hazard Reporting Walk the site daily, report hazards or unsafe conditions Ensure site is locked/secured at end of day Miscellaneous Pick up/return tools or supplies as needed Assist trades with basic setup (running power, water, staging work areas) Help with inspections (prep site, gather documentation site manager requests) Qualifications Valid driver's license High School Diploma Reliable transportation (Car or Truck) Physical ability to lift and move materials regularly (50+ lbs) Willingness to work outdoors in all weather Ability to take direction and report issues accurately Pass background check
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
