•As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.
MUST HAVE
BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience 5+ years of project management experience within the
BAS/HVAC
Controls space 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry
