The role of superintendent also includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities are possible. Qualifications High School Diploma Required or Equivalent Experience Possess and maintain US Citizenship. Possess 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 5 years of Project Supervision constructing government facilities. Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and have the ability to travel to jobsites. Possess the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. Be fluent in the English language. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Be knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office suite of software Maintain an education that meets the client's construction standards. Execute the Confidentiality Agreement attached hereto. Perform satisfactorily as measured yearly on evaluation forms. Maintain an OSHA 30 Certification. Maintain a First Aid and CPR Certification. Essential Functions:
include the following. Lead responsibility for maintaining the schedule on assigned construction projects. Provides two-week look-ahead schedules and prepares narratives to Project Manager. Recommends corrective actions for projects behind schedule or over budget to the Project Manager . Presents clearly understood schedules to Project Managers. Prepares initial preparation of task timelines. Maintains project continuity among subcontractors, designers, customers and project management by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs. Identifies equipment required to complete tasks Review customer requirements and RFQ documentation Holds weekly progress meetings with all subcontractors and in-house crews. Adheres to the three phases of Quality Control in accordance with ACOE Construction Quality Control Program. Maintains safety in accordance with the project's safety documents: Accident Prevention Plan, SDS, AHA's, OSHA and

Turning in all required reports on Fridays to your assigned Project Manager Timesheets Daily Job Report Daily Quality Control Report Daily Safety Report 2 Week Look-Ahead Schedule Updated Construction Schedule, submittal register and other documents pursuant to the contract/specification requirements). Communicate with and work alongside customers field representatives. Review proposals and new contracts for cost and schedule feasibility. Recommend value engineering changes to Scope of Work. Maintain project records in a neat and organized manner.
