A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

area. This full-time position includes communicating with customers, vendors and installers on commercial flooring projects. Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as some knowledge of flooring and construction management principles. Previous experience in construction management is desired.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of commercial flooring projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays
- Assist in the review and analysis of project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and change orders
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract administration and project management principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- The assistant project manager will perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

$49,981.14- $60,192.
