  • DC/MD will: Oversee day-to-day field operations while working closely with senior project leadership.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules. Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and industry standards. Promote and enforce jobsite safety while participating in safety meetings and inspections. Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and schedule updates. Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities. Coordinate inspections and ensure deficiencies are resolved promptly. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with project managers and superintendents. Support and mentor junior field personnel and trade partners as needed. Contribute to successful project execution across healthcare, office, hospitality, educational, and industrial interior construction projects.   • DC/MD will have: 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
Experience managing commercial construction or interior renovation projects. Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics. Knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships in the field. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Desire to take on increased responsibility and grow into managing projects independently.
