Job Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing daily site activities and supporting project delivery under the guidance of senior field leadership. Coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, material deliveries, and project sequencing to maintain schedule commitments. Ensuring all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture through regular site inspections, meetings, and compliance initiatives. Maintaining accurate daily reports, workforce tracking, and construction progress updates. Assisting with project closeout activities, including punch list completion and turnover documentation. Facilitating inspections and coordinating timely resolution of any deficiencies or corrective actions. Communicating project progress, risks, and field challenges with project management and leadership teams. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior field personnel and trade foremen when required. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within interiors or tenant improvement projects. Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and oversee site operations. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safe jobsites. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams. Experience tracking project progress, maintaining site documentation, and supporting project closeout activities. Motivated professional looking to grow into increased project leadership responsibilities. Ability to travel to project sites within the regional operating area.
