  • Beltsville, MD will be responsible for: Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum. Monitor construction quality and verify work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and building codes. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through site inspections, meetings, and compliance initiatives. Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, progress updates, and schedule documentation. Support project turnover by managing punch list activities and closeout requirements. Coordinate inspections and facilitate prompt resolution of any deficiencies or corrective actions. Communicate project progress, challenges, and field updates with project management and site leadership. Mentor and support junior field personnel while helping build a collaborative team environment.   • Beltsville, MD should have: 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
Experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably interiors or tenant improvement work. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices. Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain project timelines. Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and trade partners.   • $100,000 to $120,000.
