Annual bonus (based on company profit + individual performance) Opportunity to work on a wide range of complex, rewarding projects About Our Client My client is a commercial general contracting Firm based out of Bethesda, MD with 60+ years experience in both new construction and interiors. Job Description Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the project manager to address challenges and implement solutions. Inspect work regularly to ensure high-quality results and compliance with codes. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project manager. Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors. Monitor and manage project resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with managing on-site construction activities. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project conditions. Proficiency in preparing and managing project documentation. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000, depending on experience. Permanent role with growth opportunities in the DC Metro construction sector.
