Job Description
Role Player Site Supervisor/Program Manager
Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all role player activities
- Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario
- Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations
- Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines
- Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility
- Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players
- Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews
- Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contractPlease note: This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. We will be sure to provide status updates and next steps during the hiring process. Requirements
Security Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting preferred.
