Compensation:

$180,000

  • 290,000 base + up to 25% bonus Delta Construction Partners has been retained by a well-established electrical contractor to identify experienced Construction Executives for its growing Washington, D.

C. operation. Key Responsibilities Provide operational oversight across multiple large-scale projects Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and job tracking Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators Partner closely with field leadership to drive safe, profitable project execution Develop teams and strengthen operational performance Ideal Background At least 10 years of experience at the Project Manager level or above Strong electrical construction operations and leadership experience Proven success managing large commercial projects Experience in healthcare, aviation, higher education, institutional, or similarly complex markets Ability to oversee multiple teams, projects, and financial objectives Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $180,000

  • 290,000 Bonus potential up to 25% Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement Comprehensive benefits and paid time off Strong opportunities for long-term advancement Additional national opportunities may be available for candidates open to travel #BASE1
