Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
- 5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to multiple projects and/or simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
