Job Description
Job Summary The Site Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities and ensures work is performed safely, in accordance with the plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standards. This role manages subcontractors, enforces site rules, and ensures compliance with federal project requirements. Primary Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors Coordinate daily site logistics, laydown, and haul routes in accordance with the approved plans Conduct daily jobsite inspections, safety briefings, and maintain field logs / daily reports Monitor progress against schedule and assist in resolving field issues or delays Maintain and enforce jobsite cleanliness, security, access control, and self-escort privileges Verify subcontractor scope completion and support quality control efforts Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress, needs, and issues Ensure full compliance with
