Residential Construction Project Manager A growing and well-established construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their residential construction team. - 4-year degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Proven experience in a Project Management role, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of residential construction and the ability to confidently oversee projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage people, materials, schedules, and resources
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
