Superintendent
An established and highly respected national commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its growing team and support the construction of large-scale commercial projects!
This position is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing ground-up multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, municipal, and other complex commercial projects!

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience a Superintendent or related construction leadership role.
- Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial, or other complex commercial projects.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Understanding of Type I, III, and V construction methods preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
